Founded on Direct Attorney Access
Brian Pascale founded Pascale Law in 2010 after building his career as a trial lawyer representing injury victims throughout New York. He believes every case is a partnership with the client, and makes it a point to keep clients informed at every step — a level of individual attention that gets harder to find as firms grow larger.
From 2015 to 2021, Brian served as Managing Partner of WeitzPascale before returning to practice under the Pascale Law name. He also recognized that lawyers need to keep pace with the times: in 2017 he launched Defamation Advocate, a resource dedicated to helping individuals and businesses affected by slander, libel, and false online reviews find legal counsel — which is why defamation is one of Pascale Law’s practice areas today.
